Overview
We’re looking for a passionate Supervisor to join our team at Stanford Shopping Center – Palo Alto. You’ll be part of a team of 6, playing a key role in driving performance and team energy.
Responsibilities- Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Drive sales, KPIs and store performance with a hands-on mindset
- Support daily operations: VM, stock, deliveries and store standards
- Coach and motivate the team while sharing the brand’s values
- Be a reliable partner to the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership
- Strong retail mindset with a passion for results
