Part-Time Laderach Key Holder (Shift Lead) is a brand champion who is passionate about providing a wonderful overall in-store experience. The ideal Key Holder exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer experience and a similar environment for the in-house team.
- Provide training and help Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects.
- Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards.
- Ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively.
- Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately.
- Help lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols.
- Target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement.
- Participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar fast-paced, customer‑minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
- Quality‑minded with keen attention to detail.
- Passionate about chocolate.
- May need physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast‑paced environment.
- Requires ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes.
- Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
- May be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the store may involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.
- Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
- Requires the ability to lift 15–40 pounds.
- Competitive Pay $20–$20.50 Hourly.
