YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for running all the operations of the kitchen. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Hire, train, coach, develop and motivate staff
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and food quality
• Recipe development, costing and record-keeping

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 2 + years as a Chef De Cuisine/Executive Chef for a high-volume ($4M+), upscale, full-service restaurant
• Passion, training, and experience in plant-based cuisine helpful, but not required
• Genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Passionate, energetic, and detail oriented
• Must have open availability to work
• Local candidates preferred but will consider relo candidates as well
