Bread and Pizza Baker

We are looking for an experienced Bread and Pizza Baker to work side by side with our Executive Chef and contribute to the overall excellence of our newest restaurant. The ideal candidate is a skilled, organized, and creative baker, a team player who follows instructions and delights our customers with delicious food from our menu. Great communication and organizational skills are paramount.

• Baking bread and making various flatbreads.
• Maintaining a sanitized and well‑organized kitchen.
• Preparing workstations for cooking.
• Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Checking the quality of ingredients.
• Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques.
• Cooking food using various culinary techniques.
• Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation.
• Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.

• Prior experience as a baker in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
• Skilled in various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of and compliance with sanitation procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and act quickly.
• Understanding of recipes, recipe ideation, and recipe improvement.

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour.
