Overview
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurses
Duration: 3+ Months to long term
Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304
Schedule: Multiple Shifts to include: 07:00 AM-03:30 PM; 07:30AM-4:00PM; 08:00AM-04:30PM; 10:30AM-07:00PM; 11:30AM-08:00PM; 12:30PM-9:00PM; 03:30PM-12:00AM.
Role: On Site
Job Description- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and provide care in accordance with VA guidelines.
- Support RNs in patient care to ensure services align with facility and VA standards.
- Compliance & Safety
- Follow all VA, CDC, OSHA, and Infection Control protocols, including mandatory immunizations, blood borne pathogen training, and influenza vaccine requirements.
- Complete all VA-mandated annual training (compliance, ethics, infection control, safety/security, HIPAA, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet federal and facility requirements.
- Active LPN License
- BLS Copy
