• An Interim Assistant Patient Care Manager is needed to support the Patient Care Manager in the Cardiac Surgery unit.
• Reports to the Patient Care Manager.
• Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, supporting clinical staff, coordinating patient care activities, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes in the cardiac surgery, transplant, and vascular specialties.
• The ideal candidate has progressively responsible experience in surgical/vascular care management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic clinical environment. Must be highly organized, patient‑focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2‑3 weeks of acceptance.

• BSN is required.
• Active CA RN license is required.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible and directly related experience in acute care, with management or supervisory experience in cardiac surgery, transplant, or vascular services.

• Compensation Range: $140,000 to $145,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
