Job description
- Draft clear and engaging volunteer position descriptions.
- Assist in posting volunteer job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., Indeed, Idealist, Linked In)
- Screen volunteer applications and coordinate interview scheduling
- Source and match interested volunteers with appropriate roles.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new volunteers
- Maintain and organize volunteer records and files
- Assist with developing and updating HR-related documents
- Can commit to approximately 3-6 months in the role
- Time commitment varies: approx. 3-6 hours/week
- Location flexible — open to volunteers anywhere in the U.S.
