This role would report into our HQ in Palo Alto in a weekly hybrid cadence.

  • Global Campaigns Manager to elevate our demand generation efforts. We need a hands-on leader who can strategically design and execute integrated campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue growth on a global scale.

You have a deep understanding of the customer journey and a track record of creating impactful campaigns that resonate with a global audience. What

You ll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of a key global demand generation campaign, from awareness to conversion. You will utilize a mix of online and offline marketing channels to meet and exceed MQL, meeting, and pipeline goals.
  • Serve as the campaign "quarterback", aligning and orchestrating a diverse cross-functional team across product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, and regional marketing to ensure seamless execution and a continuous feedback loop.
  • Consistently analyze and optimize campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of all activities on the demand funnel. You will use these insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage a global campaign calendar
    , ensuring all activities are aligned with broader business objectives and regional needs.
  • Mentor and guide a team a player-coach with a roll-up your sleeves attitude
Experience You ll Need
  • 7+ years of progressive demand generation experience, with at least 3 years of integrated campaign experience in an Enterprise B2B company, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the full demand generation mix with a proven track record of driving significant lead and revenue growth through highly creative campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and an unwavering focus on optimizing ROI.
  • Mastery of project management and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and align diverse teams across different functions and regions.
  • Experience with marketing and CRM tech stacks
    , such as Salesforce, is essential.
