Job Summary:

Your Role as a Brand Ambassador and Growth Driver

We re looking for a creative, strategic, and passionate Marketing Staff member to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will promote our services and build community awareness. Specifically, you will develop marketing campaigns and manage our brand presence. Your creativity in telling our story is essential. This means creating compelling content and engaging messaging. You will connect with families and healthcare professionals.

Ultimately, this leads to increased referrals and community trust. You will be central to growing our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

What You Will Do
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content for multiple platforms. Create social media posts, newsletters, and website updates. Moreover, ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Community Outreach: You will build relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations. This means attending networking events and health fairs. Also, you will represent Ami Care at community gatherings.
  • Digital Marketing: You will manage social media accounts and online presence effectively. For instance, you will optimize SEO and manage online reviews. You will also coordinate digital advertising campaigns.
  • Referral Program Management: Develop and maintain referral partner relationships. This means working with hospitals, doctors, and discharge planners. Provide marketing materials and support to referral sources.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events and educational seminars. For example, organize community health workshops and caregiver support groups. Coordinate logistics and follow-up activities.
  • Marketing Analytics: Carefully track marketing performance and campaign effectiveness. This covers social media metrics and website analytics. It also includes referral source tracking and ROI measurement.
  • Brand Development: Actively maintain brand consistency and develop marketing materials. Create brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Also, ensure all materials reflect our values and quality standards.
  • Market Research: Research local market trends and competitor activities. Always identify new marketing opportunities. Provide insights for strategic planning and business development.
Qualifications:

What You Bring
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Experience (2+ years) in marketing or communications, ideally in healthcare or service industries.
  • You have excellent writing and creative skills. You can also develop compelling marketing content. This role requires strong visual design sense and storytelling ability.
  • You have strong social media management and digital marketing skills. Also, experience with marketing analytics tools is valuable. You are tech-savvy and adaptable.
  • You know marketing software and design tools well. Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms are also helpful.
  • You can work independently and manage multiple projects. And you meet deadlines consistently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Good knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and best practices is a plus.
