We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Operations to lead our operations team. This role requires U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence.

• Plan, budget, and efficiently scale the company’s operations across human resources, recruiting, facilities, office administration, and security teams.
• Optimize operational processes across departments to ensure smooth and secure operations, supporting rapid growth and security requirements.
• Oversee recruitment and development of world‑class teams, fostering a culture of leadership, accountability, and collaboration.
• Manage and optimize physical office spaces, oversee facility expansion and operationalization, and sustain secure facilities in line with industry security standards.
• Lead initiatives to meet security requirements and compliance with defense‑related regulations, working closely with legal, HR, and security teams.
• Implement and enhance tools for tracking operational metrics across HR, recruiting, and facilities to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align operational strategy with the company’s growth goals and product development.

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, ideally within the defense or technology industries.
• Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast‑growing start‑up, managing multi‑location facilities and rapid employee headcount growth.
• Strong understanding of defense‑related security requirements and regulations, with experience creating a compliant and secure operational environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to build and lead diverse, cross‑functional teams and create alignment across departments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, maintaining productive relationships with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners or regulatory bodies.
• Experience driving operational efficiency and using data to inform process improvements and scalability.
