Legal Personal Assistant in Funds & Asset Management
The Investment Funds Department advises clients in relation to the structuring, setting up and registration of regulated funds (such as SICAVs, SICAFs and FCPs) for institutional and non-institutional investors in the areas of real estate, alternative investments, private equity, venture capital, equity, bonds, derivatives, structured products and money market instruments. Our lawyers are also specialised in the structuring of unregulated or semi-regulated investment vehicles (SIFs, Soparfis, SICARs, securitisation vehicles) and have experience in advising foreign entities on their investments in Luxembourg investment vehicles.
We are currently looking for a Legal Personal Assistant in Funds & Asset Management who will be working full time.
Role and responsibilities- You will provide daily legal and administrative support to the Funds & Asset Management team, including preparing and managing e‑filings with the CSSF, the RCS and the RBE
- You will prepare and follow up on legal documents: correspondence, matter inception, comfort letters, procedures etc.
- You will organise and file documents: emails and legal documents
- You will follow up on time entries and expense notes
- You will manage the lawyers’ calls, calendars and contacts
- You will arrange appointments, arrange meeting rooms and organise travel arrangements
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a law firm.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
- You have excellent communication and writing skills, and you know how to work effectively in a team.
- You are computer literate and know how to use Microsoft Office.
- You have a good organisation and a sense of initiative.
