Litigation Attorney: 2nd year

Overview

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available to work in the business litigation practice group in our Palo Alto office.

• 2 years of significant commercial litigation experience in a comparable law firm.
• Superior writing skills and the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product.
• A high level of academic achievement from a law school institution.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
