Salary $140,000 - $200,000 per year

We’re looking for an Estate Planning Attorney with 4+ years of experience who’s ready to make an impact and grow within a supportive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values warmth, balance, and purpose in their practice.

• Work directly with clients to understand their goals and provide thoughtful, practical estate planning guidance
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
• Advise on tax implications, asset preservation, and wealth transfer strategies
• Handle aspects of probate, trust administration, and conservatorships as needed
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and case managers to deliver exceptional client service
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff where applicable

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of estate planning experience (probate, trust administration, or elder law a plus)
• Excellent drafting, writing, and interpersonal communication skills
• Personable, empathetic, and team-oriented
