Fenwick’s corporate group provides services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early startups to mature, publicly traded corporations.

We are seeking mid‑to‑senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation, for our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or Boston
* offices. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. In‑house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience. Candidates must be barred in the jurisdiction for which they are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

• 3+ years experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice focusing on startups, venture capital, and emerging companies.
• Experience or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• In‑house counsel preferred but not required.

$260,000 – $390,000 (base salary). A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
