REQUIREMENTS

• High performer with experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, materials science or physics (this is a preference but, other degrees will be considered if coupled with strong work experience).

• Excellent academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.

• Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.

• Outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.

• Admission to the state bar in which you are practicing.
