Intellectual Property – Junior Trademark Associate
Fenwick & West LLP is a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a cutting edge, internationally recognized trademark practice. We are seeking a junior trademark associate with two to four years of experience as a trademark practitioner (clearance, counseling, and domestic & international prosecution and enforcement experience) for our Silicon Valley or San Francisco offices. Superior analytical skills, academic credentials, and excellent oral, writing & interpersonal skills are a must.
Candidate must be barred in California or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

The Anticipated Range For This Position Is$225,000 - $310,000. Salary is based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. Discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
