- Assisting with elder law and long-term planning needs as they arise
- California Bar admission in good standing
- Meaningful hands-on estate planning experience with minimal ramp-up needed
- Strong drafting and written communication skills
- Comfort working directly with clients during sensitive life events
- Exposure to estate and gift tax concepts is helpful
- Experience with Forms 706 or 709 is a plus
- Special needs trust experience is welcome but not required
- Interest in building a long-term career rather than a short-term stepping stone
- Base salary range of $150,000 to $185,000
- Discretionary year-end bonus tied to firm and individual performance
- No origination requirement
