Position Overview:

This is a high-visibility and high-impact role in which you will regularly collaborate with Eudia’s enterprise customers (senior lawyers at Fortune 500 companies), understanding their needs to better inform Eudia’s product development. Moreover, the role represents an opportunity to join a stellar leadership team:
Eudia was founded by three passionate and experienced individuals from diverse backgrounds: a legal expert, a technical legend, and a financial guru.

Experience:

Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, specializing in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various customer contracts (such as MSAs, Sales, and Procurement contracts) or another area of practice.

Experience with in an AMLAW 100 law firm and a Fortune 500 in-house legal team is strongly preferred.

Location:

Palo Alto, California. Regular office presence is required.

Compensation: $200K – $225K base plus 15-20% bonus plus equity.
