Employment & Labor Attorney: 1st-3rd year
Cooley LLP has an opportunity available for an associate to work in the Employment and Labor practice group in our Palo Alto office. The ideal candidate will have 1‑3 years of broad experience in employment law with training, experience, and interest in both employment law counseling and employment litigation. This role involves significant day‑to‑day counseling of firm clients, as well as employment support on M&A transactions.
Qualifications:
- 1‑3 years of employment law experience.
- Experience in both employment law counseling and employment litigation.
- High level of motivation and initiative.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.

Compensation:
The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000 – $260,000.
