IP Litigation; Life Sciences​/ANDA): 2nd-5th year

We are seeking candidates with ANDA and/or other life sciences patent litigation experience who are comfortable in court, experienced in depositions, and able to communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel. The role involves strategic case development, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.

Desired qualifications include:

• 2-5 years of significant patent litigation experience in U.S. District Courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including case analysis, research, and motion drafting.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
• Experience in an Intellectual Property department of a law firm.
• High academic achievement from a law school.
• Excellent writing skills.

The annual salary range is $235,000 - $365,000, depending on location and experience. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, parental leave, and more.
