About the Role: As we support customers in more countries, we need to be able to provide high quality conversational audio for them. At its heart is a strong audio pipeline, from crawling to extraction, annotation, quality control and modeling. Your role in this workflow is to assist us as a native speaker in assessing audio quality, transcriptions, help with extraction, segmentation and annotation, and help solve associated problems.
Knowledge of machine learning and coding abilities are highly desired, being able to speak Spanish or Portuguese is essential, since we need your ability to assess our models and provide feedback on where it can be improved.
- Assess audio quality and transcriptions as a native speaker in Spanish or Portuguese
- Assist with data extraction, segmentation and annotation within the audio pipeline
- Provide feedback to improve model performance and data quality
- Support quality control and problem solving across the workflow
- Native speaker in Spanish or Portuguese (please indicate which language)
- Good understanding of data (e.g. via machine learning / statistics)
- Able to communicate in English
- Machine Learning knowledge is desirable
- Coding ability is desirable (Python)
Compensation: $15 - $25 an hour
Hourly compensation as contractor. With strong machine learning skills this compensation can be significantly higher.
