Fiddler AI is founded by Krishna Gade (engineering leader at Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Microsoft) and Amit Paka (product leader at Microsoft, Samsung, Paypal and two-time founder). We are backed by Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Lux Capital.

The Mission

We are hiring a Senior Director, Demand Generation to scale our growth engine. This role is equal parts strategic builder and hands-on operator. You will create an AI-forward demand center built on experimentation, operational rigor, and measurable pipeline impact.

What You’ll Do

Build an AI-powered GTM Engineering Center Build and lead a modern, efficient, AI-enabled demand center of excellence that scales with our enterprise growth. You will standardize planning, execution, and measurement across segments, and routes to market, and operationalize best practices from high-performing demand organizations.

• Establish an experimentation culture with clear hypotheses, instrumented funnels, test design discipline, and documented learnings that become repeatable playbooks.

• Embed AI across workflows to improve speed, targeting precision, personalization, and marketing productivity, while maintaining brand, privacy, and compliance standards.

Drive Digital Acquisition Excellence Own global digital acquisition programs that build mindshare, drive qualified traffic, and accelerate new customer acquisition for an enterprise technical product.
