We are looking for a part‑time MBA Fellow to join our team. This role is ideal for MBA students or recent graduates interested in working at the intersection of AI and Web3, with a focus on business development, strategy, and market intelligence in rapidly evolving technology sectors.

• Gain hands‑on experience at a top a16z‑funded company with active engagements across Fortune 500 enterprises and leading AI startups.
• Develop a deep understanding of emerging markets in AI, data infrastructure, and Web
  3.
• Work directly with the executive team on high‑impact projects, from new market entry to partnership strategy.
• Receive mentorship from Poseidon’s leadership, including executives with backgrounds in top technology companies and venture‑backed startups.
• Build a strong network of investors, corporate partners, and AI/web3 leaders.

• Competitive & Market Analysis
  :
  Research trends in AI training data, synthetic data, Web3, and compute infrastructure; develop strategic insights to inform product direction.
• Business Development & Partnerships
  :
  Identify and evaluate potential supply‑ and demand‑side partners across industries such as enterprise SaaS, media, healthcare, and crypto.
• Special Projects
  :
  Work cross‑functionally on priority initiatives, such as fundraising support, product‑market fit validation, and thought leadership content.

• Current MBA student or recent graduate with a strong interest in emerging technologies (AI, data infrastructure, Web3).
• Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or strategy & operations at a high‑growth company.
• Strong analytical and research skills; comfortable synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter mindset; excited to work in a fast‑paced, early‑stage startup environment.
