Responsibilities- In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and encouraging enduring client relationships while applying innovative technology.
- As part of the Agentforce Specialist selling team, craft customer engagement and deliver ground-breaking results.
- Identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers using sales knowledge, new technologies, and AI modeling.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to drive Agentforce growth at current and new customers.
- Articulate how the Salesforce Product stack, including Agentforce, can deliver tailored solutions to transform customer engagement within existing architectures.
- Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate impact at scale.
- Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs and determine how Agentforce can be a solution.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess client needs and demonstrate Agentforce as a scalable solution.
- Craft and present Points of View (POVs) that highlight the value of Agentforce to technical and business partners.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
- Highlight how solutions align with clients' long-term strategic objectives.
- Present compelling Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers by combining deep discovery with a clear point of view.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within a highly technical environment.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent platforms, configuration, and integration into existing flows and APIs.
- Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud).
- Sophisticated intuition for business and ability to map client needs to Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities through in-depth discovery.
- Strong technical selling skills, including explaining AI models and solutions to non-technical clients and translating AI capabilities into business outcomes.
- A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets in a technical sales environment.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales.
Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation techniques, Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, Cloud infrastructure, predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques, Business Intelligence (Tableau). Salesforce Data Cloud.
