$170,000 – $225,000 base + bonus + equity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded AI company that’s redefining how large consumer brands engage audiences through social and influencer-driven experiences. Backed by top-tier venture capital and already post–product-market fit, the business is entering a major scale-up phase and is building out its product leadership team from the ground up.

They’re hiring two Senior Product Managers to own critical areas across AI intelligence and customer-facing experiences, with significant autonomy and visibility across the organization.

• Own end-to-end product development for AI-powered capabilities, from discovery through launch and iteration
• Lead high-impact product initiatives across intelligence, insights, and user experiences
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in a fast-moving environment
• Define product strategy, success metrics, and roadmaps for AI-driven workflows and features
• Ship quickly, learn from real-world usage, and iterate based on data and customer feedback
• Operate with a high degree of ownership in an ambiguous, high-velocity setting

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Strong grounding in user experience and consumer-facing products
• Familiarity with social, creator, or influencer ecosystems is a strong plus
• For intelligence-focused roles: exposure to data science, analytics, or AI-driven systems is beneficial
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-growing, execution-heavy environments
• Strong career progression; candidates from top-tier companies or academic backgrounds are encouraged

• Base salary range: $170,000 – $225,000, with flexibility for more senior profiles
• Performance-based bonus and meaningful equity
• Promotion and leveling opportunities twice per year
