Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Global Campaigns Manager to elevate our demand generation efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and execute integrated campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth on a global scale.
Responsibilities- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of key global demand generation campaigns from awareness to conversion.
- Utilize a blend of online and offline marketing channels to achieve and surpass marketing goals.
- Act as the campaign coordinator, aligning cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and feedback loops.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights to enhance ROI.
- Develop and manage a global campaign calendar aligned with business objectives and regional needs.
- Mentor and guide a team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation, with a focus on integrated campaigns in an Enterprise B2B environment.
- Proven track record of driving lead and revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing return on investment.
- Exceptional project management abilities and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Experience in cybersecurity or cloud sectors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing and CRM technologies, such as Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments while managing multiple projects.

The pay range for this role is $56 - $90 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
