Head of Site Reliability Engineering

We’re searching for a Head of Site Reliability Engineering to take ownership of our reliability vision, build and mentor a high-performing SRE organisation, and ensure our cloud-native platform remains fast, resilient, secure, and obsessively customer-focused.

• Own and evolve the company-wide SRE strategy — performance, availability, scalability, observability, and incident response
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of world-class SREs and reliability engineers
• Drive best practices for automation, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security to influence architecture and roadmap decisions
• Champion a culture of reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
• Lead major incident management and ensure a proactive, blameless post-mortem mindset

• Strong SRE leadership experience within fast-paced SaaS or cloud-native technology companies
• Mastery of modern SRE principles — automation, monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, chaos engineering, distributed systems
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience scaling systems handling millions of events/users and mission-critical workloads
• A coaching mindset — you shape teams, not just run them
• Calm, decisive, exceptional communication — especially under pressure
