• Assist in planning and executing all phases of the SOX compliance program, including risk assessment and documentation of process walkthroughs
• Complete deficiency assessments and collaborate with process owners to ensure corrective action plans are in place
• Lead and participate in operational, financial, and IT audits, including planning and report drafting
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline control testing through data analytics
• Monitor and validate management action plans in line with agreed-upon time frames

• 3-5 years of experience in an Internal Audit function, preferably in public accounting or a SaaS environment
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal audit standards
• Experience with GRC tools and assessing configurations of ERP systems
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

• Relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, or CISA
• Experience in coordinating with external auditors
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with IT risk management and related controls
• Experience in a collaborative team environment generating solutions
