Kompact AI: Pre-Sales Technical Specialist

Ziroh Labs, in collaboration with IIT Madras, recently launched the product Kompact AI and a Centre for Artificial Intelligence Research, where cutting-edge models are being developed to solve problems. You will contribute to Kompact AI development.

We are seeking a dynamic, technically adept Pre-Sales Tech Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge tech and our customers — helping them understand, adopt, and succeed with Kompact AI. You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure our solutions are well understood, technically sound, and tailored to customer needs.

• Technical evangelist: Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, addressing objections and educating them on technical capabilities. Participate in events, webinars, and technical workshops as needed.
• Client engagement: Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and execute proof of concepts (POCs) to prospects and partners.
• Sales collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements, identify new opportunities and propose tailored Kompact AI solutions.
• Pitch presentations: Develop technical proposals by translating business use cases into technical solutions that leverage Kompact AI’s capabilities.
• Technical expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Kompact AI, Ziroh Labs’ technology stack, industry best practices and other relevant technologies. Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires with in-depth technical detail.
• Market feedback: Gather feedback from customers and prospects to influence product roadmap and enhancements.

• Technical proficiency: 5+ years of experience and proven expertise in a technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical role. Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, model deployment, and infrastructure (cloud, edge, hybrid).
• Modern infrastructure skills: Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Soft skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to understand client needs.
• Continuous learning: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong mindset to learn new technologies in this rapidly changing tech landscape.
