Next Labs partners with SAP to provide solutions across various SAP applications for data security, compliance and securing engineering and supply chain collaboration. The Next Labs Data-centric Security suite of products has been certified by SAP and is natively integrated with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, HANA, BW, etc.

Next Labs is looking for a highly motivated SAP Functional Business Analyst who is passionate about working with and deliver high value solutions to our strategic customers using the Next Labs Data-centric Security for SAP product line. You will work on diverse projects from development, testing, to gathering customer requirements to implement solutions and provide high value solutions to our Global 2000 customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with development and QA teams on SAP configuration and creating master data
• Assist QA in developing test plans and test cases, and creating tests data
• Responsible for configuring, testing, documenting, and deploying functionalities across SAP modules
• Learn and perform functional tasks on SAP systems, such as creating master and transaction data, configuring various modules such as MM and PP, and installing CAR files using SAP installation tools
• Participate in release upgrade or new functionally / enhancement assessments and make recommendations
• Gather and validate business requirements, participate in solution demonstrations and design, take part in implementation and testing of solutions
• Review business requirements and functional specifications, prepare and execute test cases for SAP transactions and Fiori apps
• Responsible for creating functional requirements and design specifications based on a customer’s input
• Recommend solutions to meet customer business process requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Information Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with SAP ERP as a business analyst or in a functional role in the areas of SAP Supply Chain, Asset Mgmt., Logistics, Procurement, Finance, etc.
• SAP certification is a plus
• Experience with SAP FICO is a plus:
  • FI:
    General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidation, Funds Management, and Special Purpose Ledger
  • CO:
    Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Activity Based Costing
• Experience in functional testing and/or deployment of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA applications is preferred
• Experience in implementing S/4 HANA with standard/custom Fiori apps is a preferred
• Experience in QA automation tools like Selenium or SAP automation tools is a plus
• Proven experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
• Proven experience transitioning functional requirements to technical requirements
• Extensive business process and functional knowledge
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to co-ordinate and interact with multiple teams
