Business Analyst

We are a VC backed AI startup building marketing content for our customers.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented business analyst to join our team.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer is onboarded successfully, every ticket is resolved completely, and help us refine our AI Agent workflows.

An example customer request might be “Some news just came out about X, craft a linkedin post for us about this topic” or “We need 3 images created about our hiring announcement”

Your job is to make sure our AI Agent correctly captures the request, creates a ticket, routes it to the appropriate team member or AI Agent, and that the output is delivered to the client’s 100% satisfaction.

This is an in-person 3X a week role in our Palo Alto office with 2X days remote.

• Ensure all customer tickets are fully resolved (not just routed correctly)
• Oversee customer onboarding to ensure every account reaches successful activation
• Monitor how our AI Agents respond to customer queries and note any problems so we can improve our systems
• Review, correct, and improve AI outputs
• Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to implement improvements
• Communicate with customers when/if our AI Agents make errors

• Background in consulting, business analysis, customer success, or project management.
• Comfort working with CRM tools like Hubspot or communication tools like Slack

• Able to commute to our Palo Alto office 3X a week (you must currently reside in the Bay Area to be considered)
