About the RoleApp Lovin is seeking a highly quantitative Product & Strategy Growth Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your curiosity, skills, and analytical mindset to uncover insights and opportunities that enhance our eCommerce product. Your natural problem-solving instincts and passion for discovery will help you identify potential challenges and turn them into opportunities for growth. This position requires close collaboration with various internal teams such as business development, engineering, and measurement partnerships, and also provides the opportunity to work directly with App Lovin’s leadership to help shape and implement our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Apply curiosity and data-driven problem solving to uncover insights and execute top growth opportunities for the company.
- Help define and shape the company’s business intelligence products and tools, informed by industry standards and product knowledge.
- Define and analyze key metrics to achieve success for our partners.
- Monitor daily performance against these key metrics to identify opportunities and anomalies.
- Become a mobile & e-commerce advertising guru and expert on our suite of products.
- Stay relevant on industry trends and work with the engineering team to develop and test innovative, high-impact features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing) to identify opportunities for new features, products, and partnerships.
- Partner with the client teams to drive strategic initiatives and establish “learning agendas” that help clients improve business outcomes.
- Translate complex research results into clear, actionable insights for a general audience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, engineering, or computer science).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/Pandas, and Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
- Thorough understanding of data structures.
- Significant experience in data analysis in an online environment, with direct exposure to scoping and executing analytical projects end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, uncover insights, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience applying statistical methodologies to real-world problems.
- A natural curiosity to explore the “why” behind the data and drive innovative solutions.
