Servicenow Architect required for a long-term project in Palo Alto, CA.

Responsibilities:

Understand technical and functional design requirements for Service Now.

Understand workflow engines.

Create workflows and web prototypes for client engagements.

Design, code, and test technical solutions for Service Now implementations.

Use Mid server, web services, email, and other relevant technologies to integrate tools with Service Now.

Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.

Maintain and administer the Service Now instance, including configuring users, company, site, location, and other fields; creating and tracking support cases; template creation; troubleshooting issues.

Assist in enforcing development deadlines and schedules.

Follow coding standards and prioritize tasks effectively.

Contribute to team discussions and take additional responsibilities proactively.

Encourage innovation and new ideas among team members.
