Recruiting Coordinator

Overview

Radix Ark is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring efforts as we build a world-class engineering team. You ll coordinate interview scheduling, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates joining our infrastructure-focused company. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, loves logistics, and wants to help build the team that s democratizing AI infrastructure.

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR support roles
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple interview pipelines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
• Customer service mindset with focus on candidate experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar management tools
• Experience in tech recruiting or familiarity with engineering roles is a plus

• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple engineering roles and time zones
• Manage candidate communications: confirmations, reminders, debriefs, and follow-ups
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS and tracking systems
• Coordinate travel and logistics for onsite interviews and candidate visits
• Support recruiting team with job postings, candidate outreach, and pipeline management
• Prepare interview materials and debrief documentation for hiring managers
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain dashboards for team visibility
• Partner with Office Manager on new hire onboarding logistics
• Support recruiting events: meetups, conference recruiting, university outreach
• Continuously improve recruiting operations and candidate experience workflows
