Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Palo Alto, CA for a Senior Technical Recruiter. The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-life cycle recruitment for technical and business roles, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and refine job requirements. Key responsibilities include sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the offer process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Additionally, this role involves building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline and utilizing innovative strategies to attract highly skilled professionals.
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
- Proven experience in Technical Recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build relationships with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers
- Ability to develop and implement effective hiring strategies
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Previous experience recruiting for roles in the technology or AI sectors is a plus
