Overview
The Organizational Development & Employee Experience COE Research Analyst plays a critical role in shaping enterprise-wide talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness strategies by conducting research, analyzing data, and delivering insights that inform mental health strategy, employee experience, moments that matter, and organizational development initiatives. This position partners closely with the Business Partners workgroup, key stakeholders, and COE Solution Specialists to ensure decisions are data-driven, evidence-based, and aligned to organizational goals.
This role reports to the OD & Employee Experience COE Leader.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights that inform the Organizational Development (OD) & Employee Experience COE strategies and initiatives.
- Develop measurement frameworks to assess the impact of learning programs, leadership development initiatives, talent acquisition, performance & succession management programs, and key talent interventions.
- Conduct ROI studies and effectiveness evaluations for OD & Employee Experience COE initiatives.
- Provide recommendations to optimize or redesign programs based on data and research.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by maintaining standards and governance practices.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of COE tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Support the development of policies, procedures, and best practices within the OD & Employee Experience COE by conducting research and benchmarking to identify leading practices.
- Stay informed on current and future OD & Employee Experience trends (e.g., skills intelligence, AI in learning, leadership development innovations).
- Collaborate with PP Business Partners, functional leaders, and key stakeholders to understand needs and areas for innovation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on COE processes, tools, and systems.
- Support change management and communication efforts related to COE projects.
- Partner with COE Solution Specialists to support strategy development, program design, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, support a best-in-class employee experience and drive adoption.
- Contribute to knowledge management by documenting and sharing COE resources and learnings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field of study.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in HR research, HR strategy, employee experience, organizational development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
- Knowledge of OD frameworks, change management methodologies, and employee lifecycle design.
- Background in data analysis, research design, or program evaluation preferred.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for understanding workforce and talent trends.
