Overview
Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator — 04 Months Contract — Stanford, CA
Job PurposeWe are seeking a Recruiter to support senior-level employment representatives in executing end-to-end recruiting activities. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, compliance documentation, and recruiting analytics to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior recruiters across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and interview scheduling
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple job families
- Source candidates using web-based tools and job boards such as Linked In, Dice, Monster, Indeed
, referrals, networking, and job fairs - Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and share qualified candidate pools with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation in compliance with EEO, state, and federal employment laws
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc recruiting reports and metrics
- Coordinate with external staffing agencies and manage vendor relationships as needed
- Assist with virtual and in-person job fairs and recruiting events
- Update recruiting-related content on department or career websites
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
, or equivalent combination of education and experience - Strong experience with ATS platforms and recruiting databases
- Hands-on experience with online sourcing tools, job boards, and social media recruiting
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and EEO reporting
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting high-volume or multi-role recruiting
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environme
