Overview

Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator — 04 Months Contract — Stanford, CA

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Recruiter to support senior-level employment representatives in executing end-to-end recruiting activities. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, compliance documentation, and recruiting analytics to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior recruiters across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and interview scheduling
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple job families
  • Source candidates using web-based tools and job boards such as Linked In, Dice, Monster, Indeed
    , referrals, networking, and job fairs
  • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and share qualified candidate pools with stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation in compliance with EEO, state, and federal employment laws
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc recruiting reports and metrics
  • Coordinate with external staffing agencies and manage vendor relationships as needed
  • Assist with virtual and in-person job fairs and recruiting events
  • Update recruiting-related content on department or career websites
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
    , or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong experience with ATS platforms and recruiting databases
  • Hands-on experience with online sourcing tools, job boards, and social media recruiting
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and EEO reporting
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting high-volume or multi-role recruiting
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environme
