Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Fund Finance credit professional who can step into an active portfolio and add immediate value. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing and underwriting fund finance facilities — specifically capital call lines, NAV (net asset value) loans, and management company lines of credit
, which form the foundation of this role. You should be comfortable reviewing financials, handling renewals and amendments, drafting change memos, and underwriting new transactions in the $20MM to $150MM+ range.
Our portfolio spans a wide mix of fund types, including real estate funds, healthcare funds, venture capital, private equity, specialty lending funds, and other asset managers. Because funds aren't tied to a single industry, we're looking for someone who understands how different fund structures operate and can confidently structure, assess, and monitor these credit facilities.
This role is ideal for someone who can walk into an existing book of business, understands the fund finance landscape, and can quickly adapt to Valley's internal processes. If you have strong fund finance expertise and enjoy structuring and managing sophisticated credit facilities, this will be a strong fit.
