Professional Services is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Corporate Finance Group in Palo Alto. This role involves advising on debt capital markets and commercial finance transactions, working with fast‑growing technology companies and sophisticated investors.

Practice Area: Corporate Finance / Debt Capital Markets / Commercial Finance

Position Type: Associate (3–5 Years PQE)

• Advise borrowers and issuers on single‑lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending transactions, and leveraged buyouts.
• Work on offerings of convertible, high‑yield, and investment‑grade notes and other structured financial instruments.
• Collaborate with a team‑oriented, collegial group on high‑profile transactions.
• Provide practical legal guidance to clients on complex finance matters.

• 3–5 years of relevant transactional experience in debt capital markets and/or commercial finance.
• Experience on borrower/issuer‑side transactions preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently while maintaining high‑quality work.

• Base salary: $260,000 – $365,000, based on experience and year classification.
• Discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
