Senior Finance Manager

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, financially sophisticated organization to hire a Senior FP&A Manager to play a key role in shaping financial strategy, decision-making, and long-term planning.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and leadership. You’ll own core FP&A processes while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive insights, improve forecasting, and support growth initiatives. • Lead core FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to provide actionable insights and financial guidance
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational decisions
• Prepare and present clear, concise reporting packages for senior leadership
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting to support a scaling organization
• Leverage prior accounting experience to ensure strong financial fundamentals, accuracy, and alignment between actuals and forecasts
• Support ad hoc analyses related to growth, efficiency, and performance optimization

• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
• Strong FP&A foundation with hands-on ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and modeling
• Prior accounting experience (public accounting and/or corporate accounting strongly preferred)
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders
• Advanced Excel/modeling skills; experience with FP&A systems a plus
