Associate Wealth Advisor – Focus Partners Wealth

Focus Partners Wealth is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join a planning‑centric team dedicated to creating personalized wealth advice for clients. The role works closely with Wealth Advisors to maintain and enhance client relationships and actively participate in the financial planning process.

Hybrid Schedule – 3 days in office per week and 2 days remote, or as assigned by team leader.

• Develop, revise, and present financial plans using planning software.
• Apply knowledge of tax, estate, insurance, and investment planning.
• Create holistic investment strategies and monitor risk tolerance.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management for portfolio approval, trade recommendations, and tax loss harvesting.
• Master FPW’s investment philosophy and technology stack, including CRM and custodian websites.
• Lead client communications, record interactions in the client relationship management platform, and serve as day‑to‑day client contact.
• Ensure complete client billing reviews and compliance for the advisory team.
• Support advisory business planning efforts and firm strategic priorities.
• Meet with clients in person; some travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Series 65 or equivalent within 120 days of employment.
• 2+ years of financial services experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented approach.
• Knowledge of financial industry products and planning concepts.
• Excellent analytical and detail orientation.
• Clean U‑4 background check.

Compensation – Exempt position with annualized base pay range of $80,000–$85,000. Base pay varies by experience, expertise, and location. Total compensation may include annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
