Our Topline FP&A team partners with Executive Leaders to drive growth across ARR, ACV/TCV bookings, revenue, billing, and gross margin. We play a crucial role in providing business insights that guide decision‑making and shape our financial and operational policies to enhance long‑term performance.

• Build & maintain high‑fidelity Topline financial planning models – ARR, Revenue, Gross Margin, Billings, etc.
• Build revenue and ARR “beat and raise” models for earnings guidance.
• Drive cadence for Annual Planning, Quarterly Rolling Forecasts (QRF), Long‑range Planning (LRP), etc.
• Lead the monthly outlooks process to understand the rhythm of the business.
• Develop early warning systems to assess risks of achieving top‑line targets and provide actionable insights to Finance Leadership for mitigation.
• Model complex “what‑if” scenarios for pricing changes, new product launches, and new GTM initiatives.

• Collaborate with Data, Product, Pricing, and other Finance teams to develop real‑time dashboards on key metrics that capture the latest business fundamentals.
• Monitor Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) for abnormalities and perform reconciliations to ensure integrity of key metrics.
• Partner with the Data team to identify reporting gaps and implement scalable improvements in our reporting infrastructure.

• Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams (Order Management, Deal Desk, Product Operations, etc.) on ad‑hoc financial support.
• Prepare Executive & Board of Directors reporting packages summarizing performance trends.

• Lead, motivate, and develop team members. Foster a positive team culture and provide coaching for individual growth while achieving organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in SaaS companies focusing on financial analysis, strategic finance, or business operations, ideally with 2+ years of Investment Banking experience in the Software/SaaS industry.
• Investment banking or consulting experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to manipulate, analyze, and summarize large data sets.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., Adaptive, Net Suite).
• Effective business partner with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

US Pay Range: $175,100—$262,700 USD. The role is eligible for bonus potential, equity, and benefits.
