- Design and drafting of sheet metal components using CAD tools like SOLIDWORKS and Creo.
- Development and prototyping of mechanical components based on design specifications.
- Experience / good understanding of Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience in Tolerance stack up analysis.
- Conduct functional and performance testing of prototypes and document results.
- Create and manage BOMs (Bill of Materials) and engineering change requests in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product design and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with medical device standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for design history files (DHF).
- Collaborate with multi cross-functional teams for design reviews and manufacturing feasibility.
