Shift: 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm

ROLE OVERVIEWYou’ll be part of the robot diagnostics and service org, supporting electrical engineering requests to help fix robots and work with hardware and diagnostics teams to ensure issues are translated into design fixes. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for PCB re-work, assembly, and testing parts used in our humanoid robots. This is a hands‑on, in‑person role based in Palo Alto. High performers in this role have the opportunity to advance into electrical engineering positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Re-work PCBs
- Assemble custom PCBs
- Fine-pitch soldering
- Perform functional testing
- Wire harness re-work and assembly
- Create documentation on rework, assembly processes
- Hands‑on experience in electrical engineering or related industries (i.e. electronics repair)
- Experience with fine pitch hand soldering
- Experience hand crimping
- Comfortable doing physical work - setup, assembly, post-processing
- Able to work on‑site in Palo Alto
- Clear and timely communication with engineers
- Worked on robotics, mechatronics, or general hardware projects
- Create and edit CAD models for printing or milling
- Basic CAD skills (Solid Works, Onshape, etc.)
