• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on foundational skills including phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage children and foster a lifelong passion for reading
• Evaluating student progress data to refine instructional methods continuously and generate actionable insights
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI-powered literacy tools

• Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence frameworks

Cultivate a passion for reading in young students

• Bachelor s degree
• Master s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Ability to assess reading levels, organize student groups, and develop differentiated instruction independently without pre-written curricula
• Competence with AI/adaptive learning tools and ability to respond to student behaviors within those systems
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
