Most admissions professionals are brought in to maintain the status quo. We're looking for someone who will dismantle it and build something superior.

2 Hour Learning condenses a traditional school day into two hours through AI-powered, mastery-based applications. No classroom teachers. No lectures. No inefficiency. Our students learn at 2.6 times the national average, validated by MAP assessment data. The remainder of their day is dedicated to life skills, personal development, and substantive projects. This represents more than an alternative approach to education—it's a high-efficiency, high-impact system producing top 1% academic results in half the time.

Your role is central to this mission. Youll oversee complete admissions operations for one campus—Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco—with direct ownership of your entire pipeline. No bureaucratic layers. No task delegation. No unnecessary complexity. You'll convert family interest into confirmed enrollment through rapid outreach, evidence-based messaging, compelling campus experiences, and selective judgment. You'll be the deciding factor when families commit to a school unlike anything they've encountered before.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, relevant communication that avoids template language.
  • Conducting campus tours and events that articulate precisely how and why our teaching model accelerates learning, and for whom it's designed.
  • Managing the complete admissions cycle, encompassing applications, shadow visit coordination, enrollment conversations, and family onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in CRM and SIS platforms, particularly Hub Spot, for weekly performance review.
  • Continuously improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions using parent feedback and conversion metrics.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Supervising staff. This position is structured as an individual contributor role.
  • Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles. We operate at startup velocity, not traditional institutional pace.
  • Enrolling every applicant. This educational model isnt suitable for all families, and your responsibility is identifying the right fit.
  • Defending our unconventional approach. Our results provide stronger validation than established norms.
  • Operating remotely. This is an in-person, campus-based position with occasional attendance at local community events.
Enrollment Director

Key Responsibilities

Lead and refine the admissions process to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families. Build a high-conversion, highly selective enrollment pipeline that mirrors the precision and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning approach.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years managing end-to-end admissions at a selective, tuition-charging academic institution
  • Documented track record of success in handling competitive enrollment processes from initial inquiry through enrollment decision
  • Outstanding communication abilities across written, presentation, and interpersonal formats
  • Ease and competence when working with affluent families and sophisticated decision-makers
  • Solid organizational discipline, including CRM expertise (particularly Hub Spot), time management capability, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice-to-have Requirements
  • Background in prestigious K–12 independent schools or selective university admissions
  • Track record of organizing high-engagement, high-conversion recruitment events
  • Proficiency with analytics, performance metrics, and data-informed strategy
  • Knowledge of AI-driven or mastery-based educational frameworks
