Overview
Alpha is creating a learner-driven education model that accelerates at the rate of ability, not the rhythm of a standard curriculum. Teaching credentials are not necessary; exceptional performance is mandatory. This position focuses on guiding small cohorts of self-motivated students who seek to accelerate their progress, explore subjects more thoroughly, and take ownership of their learning journey.
If your achievements have come through non-traditional routes—competitive arenas, athletic disciplines, startup ventures, or artistic endeavors—and you understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes, this position can turn your experience into students’ competitive edge.
