New York City, NY; and Chantilly (Washington), VA. Salary is $120,000 per year with weekly pay. Health, dental, and vision coverage begin on day one. Relocation assistance is provided.

• Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized, motivational instruction that engages students and fosters a lifelong passion for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve methods and generate actionable insights
• Working with the technology team to assess and improve AI-driven literacy platforms

• Following pre-packaged curricula or published instructional sequences

Cultivate a passion for reading in early learners

• Bachelor s degree
• Master s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (examples include Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent programs)
• Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
• Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated lesson plans independently of published curricula
• Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction data
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
