• Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, providing coaching and reinforcing literacy skills introduced by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and meet their weekly academic targets
• Guiding emotional self-regulation, resilience, and critical thinking through consistent routines and supportive engagement
• Monitoring student development and challenges, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your team
• Building a classroom environment that balances structure, creativity, and individualized attention

• Available to work full-time and on-site at our locations in Chicago, IL;
  Miami, FL;
  Palo Alto, CA;
  San Francisco, CA; or Santa Monica, CA
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
• Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of capturing and sustaining the focus of young children in group settings
• Committed to maintaining high expectations for personal performance and student achievement, with the capacity to motivate children toward goal attainment
• Growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
