Campus Services Manager, Alpha

This is not a traditional admissions position. You won't spend your days confined to a desk sending templated emails or drowning in administrative tasks. Instead, you'll conduct high‑impact tours for prospective families, establish trust with parents, and shepherd them through a smooth, individualized admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll guarantee that our campus remains safe, compliant, and consistently prepared to welcome students and families with assurance.

Alpha is a K–12 private school reimagining childhood education. We combine adaptive technology with expert Guides to provide personalized, mastery‑based learning that equips students for life beyond standardized testing. In this role, you'll serve as the front line of that mission, bringing it to life for every family who enters our campus.

• Conducting personalized, high‑conversion tours for prospective families that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
• Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline.
• Implementing strict safety and safeguarding procedures to maintain a visibly secure environment for students and families.
• Managing all facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and repair coordination.
• Regularly analyzing data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.

• Being limited to a single, repetitive administrative function or isolated department.
• Operating under strict, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
• Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that hinder meaningful progress.
• Concentrating solely on paperwork, detached from the students and families you support.

Lead and deliver a seamless, high‑impact admissions experience while ensuring a safe, well‑maintained campus environment, empowering Alpha to expand and fulfill its commitment to families.

• Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
• 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Experience working with children/students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL;
  Piedmont, CA;
  Palo Alto, CA;
  Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
